A well established Internet company has a relationship with Sysco Foods and is looking for an outside sales reps to cover the Sysco Operating Company in their local market and make sales calls on their local restaurant community. The company builds order online web sites for restaurants in the takeout, delivery & catering markets. The income model of the business is residual.
The job of the rep will be to cultivate the Sysco account and generate referrals from Sysco Sales team and then meet directly with the restaurants and sign them on to the service. Independent of the Sysco relationship, the rep will also build business directly with local area restaurants. The company has a telemarketing dept that will set appointments every week for the sales rep.
This is not a full time job. Ideal candidate would already be calling on restaurants and be familiar with the Sysco food operation. They can then add this service to their current product line and develop a continuing source of income for the future. Candidate must have outside sales experience. This is a commission base pay structure.
